When you pay for a cleaning, payment card details are handled entirely by our third-party payment processor; Luxiclean never stores full card numbers on our own systems.

3. Photos & Media

Our cleaning teams occasionally take before-and-after photos of workspaces (never of personal belongings or identifying items) to showcase results and quality-check jobs. These images may be used in marketing materials, on our website, or on social media. If you would prefer that photos from your appointment never be used publicly, simply let our office know by email or phone and we will exclude your job from any marketing use going forward.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to schedule and perform cleaning services, process payments, respond to inquiries, send appointment reminders and receipts, and improve our services and website. We may also use contact information to share promotions or seasonal offers, though you can opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting your ability to book service.

5. SMS & Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile number, Luxiclean may send transactional text messages related to your booking — appointment confirmations, arrival windows, and rescheduling notices. We do not send marketing texts without separate opt-in consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any Luxiclean service.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand site traffic, and measure the performance of our pages. You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, though some site features may not function as intended if you do. All bookings must be made by an individual who is at least 18 years old and authorized to grant access to the property being cleaned.
